Wholesale Invoice terms:

Invoices are issued with a 2 week payment deadline unless otherwise agreed.

failure to pay the invoice(s) within the agreed timeline will result in exercising our statutory right to claim interest (at 8% over the Bank of England base rate) and compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment legislation, because we were not paid according to our agreed credit terms

THIS WILL BE EMAILED TO THE CUSTOMER DETAILING THE NEW TIMELINE OF EXPECTED PAYMENT.

FURTHER FAILURE OF PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE(S) may RESULT IN LEGAL COUNSEL AND SOLICITOR INVOLVEMENT.

failure to communicate with regards to the late invoice will result in a further £100 supplementary charge.


Shipping + Returns

Currently, I am only able to ship within the UK, EU and usa. I am looking to expand but unfortunately, due to Covid-19 surcharges and, shipping outside of these areas is too expensive to manage. eu and usa packages may be subject to customs charges of which by.noo ceramics has no involvement in. any customs charges are responsibility of the customer

I will aim to have orders sent out as quickly as possible but every now and then this may be delayed due to timing, number of orders or events so it may be a few days before parcels are shipped out. With the ongoing Covid-19 situation, I will be limiting time spent in public places which will also extend the delivery time. Please get in contact if you require an order urgently.

Please be patient as I am a one-woman show and so tend to all the jobs myself. If there are significant delays to your order, I shall be in touch.

All EU parcels will be sent with full end to end tracking. Once the parcel has left the UK border, it is the responsibility of the customer to check with their local Royal Mail partner delivery company which can be found here:

Returns from the UK can only be exchanged for store credit. Please inform me within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) to discuss the return. Return postage of the item is the buyer's responsibility so I recommend return postage which will insure the item inside should it break on the return journey.

Returns from the EU are only accepted if the incorrect item has been sent to you. Please note that there will be additional fees payable by the customer to post and return the item, and pay the EU postal VAT, handling fees and customs (if applicable) Should anything be broken in transit, please follow the instructions below.

I send the items on a service that will allow for the contents to be insured and wrap the items to prevent breakages. Should your item arrive broken, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with an image attached to by.noo@outlook.com or via the contact button on this site.

Any item labelled as 'seconds' or 'sale' in the web store is non-returnable/non-refundable unless incorrect item has been sent. Breakages in transit will be handled as above. 


Gift Cards/Vouchers

gift cards can only be used on www.bynoo.co.uk

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This includes % discounts that occur throughout the year.

GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS MUST BE USED BY THE EXPIRATION DATE SPECIFIED. Gift vouchers have a 1 year validity. the balance of the gift voucher must be used in 1 transaction and cannot be used on postage costs. any remaining balance on the gift card after a transaction will be void.

Gift cards/vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiration date. in the event the online store is closed at the time of wanting to purchase, please contact by.noo@outlook.com asap to arrange a purchase. this must be done prior to voucher expiration. bynoo ceramics ltd cannot be held responsibility for any gift card balances which expire due to shop closures if the voucher holder has not attempted contact to by.noo@outlook.com during the voucher validity period. BYNOO ceramics will grant a voucher extension only in the circumstance that a voucher holder contacted by.noo@outlook.com whilst the voucher was valid and did not receive a response during the voucher validity period.
